
Hopkinsville High School swam its last race at the Rick Cohn Aquatic Center on Monday, finishing in fourth place at the Region I Meet.
The 200-yard medley relay team of Owen Lockhart, Levi Johnston, Tyson Cavinder, and Simon Lockhart came in fourth place in a time of 2:12.10.
The Lockharts, Johnston, and Elijah Ebbinger also came in fourth place in the 200-yard freestyle relay in 1:54.52.
Levi Johnston came in third place in the 100-yard butterfly in 59.17 seconds and fourth place in the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 25.05 seconds.
Owen Lockhart finished in third place in the 500-yard freestyle in 6:29.34 and sixth place in the 200-yard freestyle in 2:22.78.
Elijah Ebbinger came in sixth place in the 100-yard freestyle in 1:04.21 and 10th in the 50-yard freestyle in 28.85 seconds.
Simon Lockhart came in eighth place in the 200-yard IM in 2:41.16 and 10th place in the 100-yard backstroke in 1:28.09.
Tyson Cavinder finished 11th in the 50-yard freestyle in 29.39 seconds and 13th in the 100-yard backstroke in 1:33.77.
Luke Johnston came in 13th place in the 100-yard freestyle in 1:16.79 and 15th place in the 1:39.14.
As a team, Hopkinsville had 174 points to finish 12 points ahead of fifth-place Fort Campbell. Henderson County (354) won the region title.
