
The Franklin-Simpson Wildcats put an end to their five-game losing streak Tuesday night with a home court win. The Wildcats turned back the Todd County Central Rebels 71-49 for their first win since January 9.
The last win for Franklin-Simpson came in Elkton when they knocked off the Rebels in their first meeting of the season.
Franklin-Simpson improves to 2-3 in the district with the win, while the Rebels fall to 1-4 in district play.
Up next for Todd County Central is a district contest at Russellville Friday night. The Panthers are 2-3 in the district heading into the game.
