The game was tied 40-40 in the fourth quarter, but Henderson County pulled out a 49-46 victory over Lyon County in the girls’ 2nd Region tournament Tuesday night in Mortons Gap.
Henderson advances to Friday’s semifinals where it will face host Hopkins County Central.
