This week’s Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ for the week of March 9 is Christian County’s B.B. Rodriguez. B.B. was selected based on her performance in the Lady Colonels’ 7-4 scrimmage win on the road at Todd County Central.
She finished the game going 2-4 with four RBIs and a run scored. Included in her totals was a home run that hit the scoreboard in straight-away centerfield, that may have still been climbing when it hit the board.
The Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ is selected each week from one of the five schools in Christian County (Christian County, Hopkinsville, University Heights, Heritage Christian, and Fort Campbell) based on their performance in a big game or event for their team that week.
