After struggling on the course at the Trigg County Recreation Complex earlier this season, UHA freshman Cole Glover enjoyed a favorable return at the Region 1 1A cross country meet on Saturday.
After shattering his previous personal record by close to a minute to finish runner-up, Glover talked about what led to his performance and his goals for the upcoming state meet in Bourbon County.
