Todd County Central’s Fisher Borders has been named Second Team All-State by the Kentucky Track and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Borders finished in fourth place in the 100-meter dash at the Class 1A State Track and Field Meet last week. He ran an 11.22 which tied for the second-fastest in school history and was .06 seconds off the school record set by Keanu Galima at last year’s state meet.
