
The Caldwell County Lady Tiger volleyball team has a three-game winning streak after dispatching Heritage Christian Academy on Thursday.
Brylee Butts had 14 kills for the Lady Tigers, who defeated the Hopkinsville school 25-20, 25-11, 25-18 at the CAB gym in Princeton.
Caldwell, now 5-4, also got 11 kills and seven digs from Rylee Thompson along with 28 assists and four digs from Kylee White.
Benashka Thomas had five kills while Ellie Ramey had a kill, six aces and 12 digs.
Maddie Cooper recorded 12 digs while Mycah Riddle had 10 digs and Morgan Aikins eight digs.
Anna Giltz added four digs and two aces for Caldwell. T.J. Goodwin had four digs as well.
Heritage Christian, now 2-9, got 11 kills and nine digs from Katie Cansler. Bralee Fowler added four kills and 17 digs while Hadlee Hayes had three kills, six assists and seven digs.
Allie Craft had a kill to go along with 11 digs.
Makenzie McCarty recorded 10 assists and seven digs.
The Lady Warriors also got four digs from Harley Sparks. Charity Chambers had two digs and two aces.
Heritage Christian will next host Webster County for an afternoon matchup on Saturday.
Caldwell’s girls will look for their fourth straight win at Trigg County on Tuesday.
