With a .500 batting average, eight home runs and 32 runs batted in this season, junior Harper Holeman has been a key contributor for the Caldwell County Lady Tigers.
However, Holeman missed about a week of action with an injury, during which Caldwell went 0-3.
With Holeman back the last two games, the Lady Tigers have earned wins over Graves County and Marshall County – avenging losses earlier this season to both of those teams.
The Lady Tigers will take a 13-11 record to McCracken County on Monday.
YSE spoke with Holeman following Friday’s 4-2 win over Marshall in Princeton.
