Lyon County’s Hudson Phillips gave the Lyons a solid relief appearance in Saturday’s All A Classic state championship game — five innings of five-hit baseball with two earned runs allowed. Just an 8th grader, Phillips has learned to be ready to produce for the Lyons when his number is called upon.
