Keshawn Dixon closed out the regular season with a big performance Friday night. The Fort Campbell junior ran for four touchdowns as the Falcons rolled to a 45-9 road win at Webster County Friday night.

The win was the 5th in the last six games for the Falcons, while Webster County has now lost seven straight since a September win over Todd County Central.

Dixon scored on a 10 yard run and a 12 yard run in the first quarter to put Fort Campbell up 14-0.

Eric Greene broke loose on a 60 yard touchdown run in the opening seconds of the second quarter. Later in the quarter, J.P. Perryman hit Levi Cruse for a 9 yard touchdown pass that sent the Falcons into the break leading 28-0.

Fort Campbell did not get the chance to run an offensive play in the third quarter as the Trojans controlled the ball and the clock. However, Webster County only managed a 27 yard field goal from Brian Alfaro as the quarter ended with Fort Campbell up 28-3.

Kenton Garrett scored on a two yard run on the opening play of the fourth quarter to trim the lead to 28-9, but that would be the end of any comeback for the Trojans.

Fort Campbell scored 17 straight points on two Keshawn Dixon touchdown runs (38 yards, 3 yards) and a 35 yard field goal from Ryan Brewer to blow the game open in the final quarter.

Keshawn Dixon ended up with 145 yards rushing to go with his four touchdowns. Eric Greene had two carries for 65 yards and a touchdown.

The Falcons outgained Webster County 319 to 157, including 264 to 128 on the ground.

Fort Campbell finishes the season at 5-4 and now gets ready to begin the Class 2A playoffs at home next Friday night against the Caldwell County Tigers.
