This week’s Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ for the week of January 6 is Christian County High School’s Anaysia Bagwell. Anaysia was selected based on her efforts in the Lady Colonels’ big district win Thursday night against crosstown rival Hopkinsville.
Anaysia knocked down four three-pointers and finished with a game-high 25 points to help lead the Christian County Lady Colonels roll to a 68-29 victory over Hopkinsville in both teams’ 8th District opener.
The Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ is selected each week from one of the five schools in Christian County (Christian County, Hopkinsville, University Heights, Christian County, and Fort Campbell) based on their performance in a big game or event for their team that week.
