Tyah White gave Hopkins County Central some breathing room late during Friday’s win over Madisonville-North Hopkins in the 7th District championship game.
With her team up 47-44 and just 40 seconds to play, White took an inbounds pass and drove in for a layup that made it a five-point game.
The Lady Storm would go on to win 50-44.
