University Heights Academy’s 1600-meter relay team earned First-Team All-State honors on Wednesday from the Kentucky Track and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Clayton Lester, Harlow Hampton, Griffin McCoy, and Logan Miller finished second at last week’s Class A State Track and Field Meet with a school record time of 3:27.25.
The same group set the record at the Region 1 Meet at 3:28.80, which had stood for two years.
