A solid round from sophomore Henry Riggs led the way Wednesday for the Hopkinsville Tigers. The Tigers picked up a top 10 finish as they took part in the Hopkins County Central Storm Invitational at the Madisonville Country Club.
Riggs finished his round with a score of 79 to lead the Hopkinsville effort.
Ryan Stokes, of Marshall County, took medalist honors with a 70. Landon Hunt, of McCracken County was one shot back with a 71.
Hopkinsville ended up in 10th place in the team competition with a team score of 345.
McCracken County won the team competition with a 295. Marshall County was second at 305 and Owensboro Catholic’s A squad was third with a 319 team score.
