After his short-handed squad went 0-2-1 at the Bluegrass State Games, University Heights Academy soccer coach Josh Nichols says the weekend gave him a chance to see who was ready to step into new roles ahead of preseason practice.
The Blazers will host Russellville for a scrimmage on Monday before their final tune-up on Aug. 7 at Todd County Central.
