The Christian County Lady Colonels finished in 8th place at Saturday’s Class 3A Region 1 cross country meet at Logan County High School.
Seventh grader Gracelyn Clark, competing in her first-ever varsity race, finished in 30th place with a time of 23:57. She missed qualifying for the state meet by one spot.
Freshman Aubree Cline came in 45th place in 25:21, while Lilly Collins was 51st in 29:22.
Brittany Martinez registered a 54th-place finish in 30:22, and Mia Castillo was 58th in 35:09.
Daviess County’s Haley Wolfe won the race in a time of 19:58.
