Lady Storm Finish Sixth at Region XC Meet (w/PHOTOS)

The Hopkins County Lady Storm finished in sixth place at the Class 2A Region 1 cross country meet Saturday at Logan County.

Maria Kerby led the Lady Storm with a 30th-place finish in a personal best time of 26:13 on the 3.1-mile course.

Jenna Fairchild came in 35^th place in 27:05, and Olivia Martin was 37^th in 27:15. Both recorded new personal bests.

Anajah Couch came in 41^st place in 29:43, and Tamia Haynes was 42^nd in 29:52.

Webster County’s Mayci Moore won the race in a time of 19:19.
