Princeton pro Emma Talley followed up her first win on the pro golf tour with a 17th place finish July 2 at the Tullymore Classic at Canadian Lakes, Michigan. Talley’s score of 6-under par included two rounds under par, giving her 119 for the season which is third on the Symetra Tour.
Talley earned $1,359 for her fourth straight top 20 finish. She remains fourth on the Symetra Tour money list with $44,977. The top 10 money winners at season’s end will earn their LPGA Tour card for 2018.
Talley returns to the course this weekend at the Donald Ross Centennial Classic at French Lick Resort in Indiana. The $200,000 purse is the second highest until the season-ending tour championship in October.
