Lyon County dropped a 6-2 decision to Washington County in the Lady Lyons’ second game of pool play at the All A Classic state tournament in Owensboro on Saturday.
Lyon is now 1-1 in pool play and appears to need a win over four-time defending All A Classic state champion Louisville Holy Cross in its next game to advance to the single-elimination championship bracket on Sunday.
