Hopkinsville quarterback Jay Bland is coming off a serious knee injury sustained last September, and while he’s obviously well on his way to recovery, maybe it wasn’t the best idea to test Blazer catcher Drew McGowan’s arm in the Tigers’ 9-1 victory Thursday night over 8th-District rival UHA.
