Hopkinsville’s Xavier Bussell was the fastest man in the building Saturday at the Coach Johnson Memorial Classic at Fort Campbell, helping the Tiger boys to a second-place finish by taking the top spot in the 100 and 200M and anchoring the 4×100 team to victory.
