Senior Night for Christian County’s Eniya McGee began like most do.  She and her family were recognized on the court before the game, and she got the start against Trigg County.  However, it changed for McGee midway through the first half.  She got some blood on her jersey that required her to change into a different one per the rules.

McGee went to the locker room and emerged wearing No. 31, which was her sister Trinity’s jersey.  Trinity, a junior, saw her season end six games in due to a knee injury.  Trinity had surgery on Thursday but made it a point to be at Senior Night Friday.  She then got to see her older sister do her No. 31 justice with a win over Trigg.  Eniya put into words the emotions of playing on Senior Night and what wearing Trinity’s jersey meant to her.
