Piper Hancock scored the go-ahead goal in the 32nd minute as University Heights Academy defeated Lyon County 7-1 on Tuesday.
The win puts the Lady Blazers into the championship game of the 2nd Region All A Classic Friday night against Crittenden County.
Hancock says the Lady Blazers calmed down after falling behind 1-0 at Lyon and played better. But she says the team knows it still has work to do.
