University Heights Academy had three runners compete at Saturday’s King and Queen of the West Invitational hosted by Hopkinsville High School.
Cole Glover led the Blazer runners across the finish line with a ninth-place finish in a time of 19:29 over the 3.1-mile course. Chase Hendricks finished 39th in 21:22, and Ray Farmer was 42nd in 21:28.
The Blazers only had three runners in the race, falling two short of the total needed for a complete team score.
University Heights Academy will compete in the Class A Region 1 cross country meet Saturday at Trigg County.
