The Dawson Springs boys’ cross country team placed five runners in the top-11 finishers on Saturday at the Trigg County Recreation Complex, earning the 1A Region 1 title with an average time of 18:25.28.
Tyler Hale was 3rd with a time of 17:32.87, just ahead of Lucas Osborne’s 17:58.35 in 4th. Ethan Osborne just missed a top-5 finish in 6th, crossing the line in 18:16.30.
Michael Faughn ran 10th with a 19:08.95, followed closely by Yosiyah McCune in 11th with a time of 19:09.91.
Sean Stallins finished 18th with a 20:00.08 and Alex Mitchell rounded out the Panthers’ effort in 46th-place.
