Freshman Asa McCord was 23rd and the Crittenden County boys’ cross country team posted an average time of 22:22.93 to finish 9th at the 1A Region 1 meet on Saturday at the Trigg County Recreation Complex.
McCord crossed the line in 20:38.19, followed for the Rockets by Jayden Gibson in 30th with a 21:29.34.
Dennon Wilson was 44th, Colt Belt and Coby West were 48th and 49th, and Nate Faith finished 52nd.
