Trigg County closed out its preseason basketball schedule Tuesday with a 59-38 win over Dawson Springs at Wildcat Gym.
Trigg used a 23-8 third quarter run to pull away. Jhaden Vaughn scored 12 points for Trigg, while Kendric Adams scored 11, and Landon Stewart scored 10 points off the bench.
Dilyn Skinner led Dawson Springs with 10 points, and Rett Nieters added nine points.
The teams are not scheduled to meet during the regular season.
Trigg County hosts Logan County Monday, while Dawson Springs travels to Webster County.
