Hopkinsville will be one of eight teams in the city of Middletown Holiday Classic in Louisville this week.
The Tigers (4-3) will open play Monday night at six against Eastern High School (4-5). The Tigers are in the same bracket with Atherton (7-3) and Covington Holy Cross [7-2], one of which will be their second-round opponent on Tuesday.
The other four teams in the tournament are Central (4-5), Oldham County (8-3), Seneca (5-7), and Connor (7-3).
Hopkinsville is guaranteed three games in the event and will play again on Wednesday.
