University of Kentucky basketball legend Jack “Goose” Givens and UK men’s basketball team chaplain Max Appel were the guest speakers during the team breakfast for the West Kentucky Hoops Classic Tuesday morning.
Appel, a Caldwell County High School graduate, introduced Givens, then spoke after the former Wildcat star.
The event was held in the CCHS cafeteria.
