Hoptown Swimmers Finish Second in Tri-Meet

Hopkinsville finished second to Fort Campbell in a three-team swim meet Thursday at the Rick Cohn Aquatic Center.

Fort Campbell took first place in the boys’ standings with 261 points. Hopkinsville was second with 98 points, and Christian County was third with 94 points.

RESULTS

Austen Turner – 1^st in the 100-yard freestyle [1:10.09]; 3^rd in the 50-yard freestyle [29.51]

Cam Peacock – 2^nd in the 200-yard IM [2:40.48]; 2^nd in the 500-yard freestyle [6:04.68]

Jackson Smith – 4^th in the 100-yard freestyle [1:17.28]; 6^th in the 50-yard freestyle [32.84]
