Trigg Arrowcats Win CCA State Qualifier

Trigg County won another archery tournament over the weekend, taking first place at the Community Christian Academy Warrior-Up state qualifier in Paducah.

Trigg County‘s team score of 3,287 was 19 points more than second place Graves County. Calloway County was third with 3,238 points. Hickman County’s Cora Clark shot the top score at the tournament with a 288. Mackenzie Cooper was one shot back in second place for Trigg County. The score was a new career-high for the Arrowcat freshman.

Josh Ingram was second for Trigg county. His score of 285 was good for third place. Avery Mackey shot a 284, Jeri Beth Oliver shot a 283, and Briana Hall shot a 281 as they all finished in the top 10.

McKenna Green finished 12th with a 277, followed by Cecillia Smith in 19th place with a 269. Rivver Knott and Kinley Humphries both shot a 268 to finish tied for 20th place.
