Offensive struggles continue to plague the Fort Campbell Falcons. Massac County’s defense limited the Falcons to less than ten points in three of the four quarters Tuesday night as the Patriots cruised to a 78-32 win in the Superman Classic.

Massac County grabbed control of this one early on. The Patriots held the Falcons to just one field goal and one free throw in the first quarter as they jumped out to an 18-3 lead.

While the Falcons offense found some momentum in the second quarter, the Massac offense was in full gear. Massac knocked down four three-pointers in the quarter as they ran the lead on out to 46-16.

Massac County then came out and closed out the game early in the third quarter bringing the running clock rule into play. By quarter’s end, the lead was up to 65-24.

Massac County reserves saw extensive action in the final quarter as they rolled on to the 46 point win.

Aidan Blaszkowski was the only Falcon to reach double figures with 11 points. Elijah Brown added 8 for Fort Campbell.

The Falcons fall to 1-10 with the loss. They are set to be back in action Saturday at the Superman Classic.
