Lyon County wrapped up the No. 1 seed for the 5th District tournament Monday night, pulling away in the second half for a 92-58 victory at Crittenden County.
The game was tighter early than the final score would indicate.
Lyon led 19-15 after one quarter, and Crittenden was still within four points late in the second period before the Lyons got to halftime with a 42-32 advantage.
Lyon (16-5 overall, 5-0 district) seized full control after the break, though. The Lyons stretched the margin to 65-46 through three quarters and continued to add to their lead in the final frame.
Travis Perry pumped in 28 points to pace Lyon while Jackson Shoulders added 21 points and 13 rebounds. Jack Reddick tossed in 10 points.
Crittenden (10-12, 3-3) was led by Preston Morgeson and Travis Champion, who netted 19 and 17 points apiece.

Lyon will host 2nd Region challenger Hopkinsville on Friday before entertaining 4th Region contender Bowling Green on Saturday night.
