
Heritage Christian Academy remained unbeaten in KCAA play, but it took a second half rally to pick up a 53-47 road win at Oak Ridge Christian Saturday.
Oak Ridged led 23-22 at halftime, but five different Warriors scored in the third period as HCA reclaimed the lead 38-33.
Heritage won despite a 6 for 15 effort from the free throw line. Oak Ridge stayed close thanks to hitting 7 of 11 at the charity stripe in the second half.
Carlos Robles led the Warriors with 16 points and eight rebounds. Trenton Hayes added 15 points and three steals, and Zane Yates chipped in 10 points and seven rebounds.
HCA will play at Christian Fellowship Monday.
