Once the Lady Tigers got rolling, the momentum just seemed to overwhelm the Lady Colonels, leading to forced shots and key turnovers.

Christian County cranked up the defensive pressure in the second quarter and it began to pay dividends. The Lady Colonels opened the second with a 7-0 run to go up 22-19. The lead would reach as many as seven before Christian County would head off to the break with a 32-29 lead.
