The Caldwell County boys’ tennis team picked up a win in its season opener at Union County on Thursday, sweeping four matches from the Braves.
In singles play, Ryan Hammett routed Grant Deibler 6-0, 6-0; Nick Adams swept Aiden Moore 8-0; and Grayden Miller shut out Kaleb Rust 8-0.
In the lone doubles match on Thursday, Bryce Thompson and Cannon Littlejohn defeated Moore and Rust 6-2, 6-3.
Caldwell will host the Paducah Home School team on Tuesday.
