Autumn Bell was named the Outstanding Female Athlete at the Invitational of the South after strong finishes in the 100 and 200 meters and the triple jump.
She has forgone the long jump this year to focus on the 400-meter run — an event she excelled at in middle school before taking on the long jump. She talked about the change and what it will take for a return to the state meet medal podium.
