Thursday turned out to be a special day for former Hopkinsville Tiger Easton McGee. McGee picked up his first win for the Durham Bulls as Durham took down Norfolk 11-6.
In the start for the Bulls, McGee went five innings and gave up three earned runs on five hits. He struck out four and walked none during his time on the mound.
So far in the 2022 season, McGee is 1-1, having appeared in four games, two of them starts, with a 7.80 ERA in 15 innings pitched. McGee also has 14 strikeouts.
