The Lyon County Lady Lyons tennis team nearly came up with one of their biggest wins of the tennis season Monday. The Lady Lyons lost a tough 5-4 match against Madisonville-North Hopkins. The Lyons also fell to the Maroons, dropping the match 8-1.
On the girls’ side, the Lady Maroons won four of the singles match and one of the three doubles matches on the afternoon.
Lyon County’s win on the boys side came from Walker Suitor in his singles match.
