The Fort Campbell girls’ soccer team evened its record at 3-3 with a pair of victories on Saturday at the Border Battle in Clarksville.

The Lady Falcons snapped a three-game slide with a 3-1 win over Northeast before holding on for a 3-2 result over John Overton in the day’s second match.

Anna Allen netted twice in the opener, with an assist from Charlize Cruz on the second.  Keelin Gray added the third goal with help from Allen.

Fort Campbell overcame heavy legs to hold off John Overton in the second contest.  Georgia Green got the Lady Falcons on the board on an assist from Isabella Aragon-Espinoza, and Allen took over from there.

She ran her day’s goal tally to four with a pair of strikes to secure the victory.  Abby Eastes assisted on the second goal before Allen scored unassisted for the final margin.

Senior goalkeeper Emma Gray made eight saves against Northeast and batted away ten shots in the second match.

Fort Campbell is off until Thursday when the Lady Falcons look to get above .500 when they host Franklin-Simpson.
