Coming into Monday night, the Christian County Lady Colonels were looking to build some momentum off their win over Hopkinsville on Saturday. On the other hand, the Todd County Central Lady Rebels were trying to put a tough weekend in Richmond out of their minds and get back on the winning track.
With senior Lucy Chester back in the lineup for two sets, it was the Todd County Central Lady Rebels who got their wish. Chester played the first two sets of the night as the Lady Rebels won in straight sets 25-12, 25-15, and 25-16.
With Lucy Chester in limited duty, fellow senior Lanie Bivins ended up with a big night at the net with 13 kills. Chester added 8, while Lynnlee Jones chipped in with five.
Another solid night for Addileigh Wofford, who finished with 25 assists and five kills.
