The Trigg County volleyball team welcomed Crittenden County to Wildcat Gym on Tuesday for both squads’ last 5th-District regular season match, with the visiting Lady Rockets earning a 3-0 victory.
The Lady Wildcats failed to take a set off Crittenden in three matches this season, while the Lady Rockets finish a perfect 5-0 in district play to improve to 13-10.
Crittenden took the opener 25-7 and held off the Lady Wildcats 25-14 in the second. A 25-8 victory followed in the third to end the match.
Trigg County will head to Paducah on Thursday to face St. Mary. The Lady Vikings won a 3-0 meeting earlier this season.
Crittenden County will host Hopkins County Central on Thursday before heading to the Quad State Tournament this weekend at McCracken County.
