Hopkins County Central defeated Caldwell County 2-1 in a 7th District semifinal contest that started Monday and finished on Tuesday in Princeton.
The score was 0-0 when the game was stopped at halftime due to a light failure at Butler Stadium.
When the teams returned Tuesday, the Storm scored a pair of early goals and held off the Tigers late for the 2-1 decision.
