Christian County sophomore Wyatt Fleming finished in 253rd place Saturday at the Class 3A State Cross Country Meet in Bourbon County.
Fleming covered the 3.1-mile course in 20:00 flat. His time was slightly slower than last year’s run on the same course.
Afterward, Fleming talked about the crazy start to the race and what he learned for future trips to state.
