The University Heights Academy Blazers are hoping three days in Henderson moves them past the .500 mark as they prepare for All A Classic play next month.
UHA (4-4) will play Ohio County (9-2) Wednesday at 4:30 in the Henderson Chevrolet Buick GMC Classic at Henderson County High School.
The Blazers finished in sixth place last week at the First United Bank Holiday Classic in Madisonville after dropping two of three games. However, the average margin of defeat in the Blazers’ four losses this year is seven points.
Ohio County’s two losses have been to Lyon County and Caverna.
On Thursday, the Blazers will play Bosse High (5-3) of Evansville. Friday’s game will feature a 7:30 matchup with Muhlenberg County (2-7), a team Ohio County beat 84-43 on Dec. 16.
