Caldwell County eighth grader Med Thomas buried a key 3-pointer on Friday, giving her team the lead on the way to a 45-40 victory over Livingston Central in Murray.
With the game tied 35-35, A.J. Hollowell came up with a steal which led to a 3-pointer in transition by Thomas.
Thomas nailed the shot with 1:11 to play, and the Lady Tigers never trailed after that.
