The Kentucky Wildcats walked into Thompson-Boling Arena and upset the No. 5 Tennessee Volunteers on Saturday, 63-56. To say John Calipari’s team has struggled this season would be an understatement, but they defied all odds on Saturday to pull out the victory. It was exactly the type of win the Wildcats were searching for. They’ll return home for a quick turnaround with the Georgia Bulldogs on Tuesday. Tip-off is set for 9 PM ET.

  1. Absolutely love Ware’s attitude ! Great cheerleader for his teammates. A bit skinny to be the enforcer ( but so was Marvin Barns ). Great shot of him standing on his tip toes and whispering in Herman Munsters ear yesterday!
They should put about 25 lbs. of muscle on him for next year – he’ll be back. Actually that may get him into the G leauge !

    1. Ware, Onyenso, and Collins need to hit the weights this Summer. In fact, the entire team would benefit from strength training. Other programs do this and it equips their team to play a more physical game without throwing their own game off. Calipari has shied away from this and it has cost him big time. Bulk up, play stronger longer, and take the fight to them instead of them bringing it to us.
