Christian County High School will have four guys and a girl representing the school at Saturday’s Region I Swim Meet following Friday’s preliminary round at the Rick Cohn Aquatic Center.
The boys will have two relay teams competing – the 200-yard free relay team and the 400-yard free relay team.
Girls
Amelia Hewett – 100-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke
Boys
Fernando Montes – 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle
Peyton Epley – 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle
Kolton Parker – 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke
Mitchell Havens – 100-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke
The top two finishers in each event Saturday qualify for the state meet with the next 16 fastest times statewide earning at large bids.
