Saturday’s loss to Georgia may have very well been the dagger in the heart of Kentucky’s NCAA Tournament hopes. Their resume, which only has one quad win on it, now has two losses against Georgia and South Carolina.

Head coach John Calipari remains optimistic his team can make the final push they need to, but Kentucky hasn’t shown they can do that over 25 games this season. With only six remaining, it’s hard to see the Wildcats being able to “turn it on” and get hot as March Madness approaches.

Kentucky will have one more day of prep than usual, as they head to Mississippi State on Wednesday instead of their regularly scheduled weekday game on Tuesday. Before then, here’s a look back at a troubling loss to Georgia that was primarily made up of frowns and frustrated faces.

  1. By the way, whose brilliant idea was it to have UK coaches were Carolina Blue on the sidelines at Georgia?

What a completely tone deaf baffoon, whoever it was.

And, to have a head coach not recognize this immmediately screams of his lack of understanding about this program.

Oh, that’s right, he has never given a bit of concern for the program, or any of these "little details" that mean so much to Big Blue Fans.
