Austin Cavanaugh’s three top-five finishes led the way for Trigg County Monday afternoon at the Laker Time Trials hosted by Calloway County High School.
Cavanaugh finished first in the boys’ 1600 meters by more than 16 seconds. He also claimed third in the boys’ 400 meters and second in the boys’ 800 meters.
David Cavanaugh had a pair of top-10 finishes. He took 6th place in the boys’ 400 meters and 5th place in the boys’ 800 meters.
Other top 10 finishes for the Wildcats were:
Caleb Coots – 10th place – boys 400 meters
Braxton Hargrove – 7th place – boys 800 meters
Levi Watts – 9th place – boys 800 meters
Levi Watts – 7th place – boys 1600 meters
